Are there junior/women's sizes?
Some children (junior athletes) and female athletes use "adult free-size elbow pads" on their knees, while others use adult free-size knee pads.
However, elbow pads are designed to be very narrow, so we recommend trying knee pads first.
In the case of the 181GRIP (Grip), there is an anti-slip strip on the inside top,
making it less likely to slip for women who are slimmer than men.
Therefore, if you are unsure which to choose, we recommend selecting the standard adult free size.

What are the sizes?
All sizes are free size.
*Pads are highly elastic, so they can be used by those whose arm circumference is greater than the following.
*If your arm size is exactly the same as the size below, there is a high possibility of slippage.
*There may be individual differences.
